Sex and the City’s Cynthia Nixon is campaigning for Governor of NY and she is making sure she reaches everyone, including Hip Hop fans at the Eric B. & Rakim show!
Eric B. & Rakim had a concert at NYC’s Irving Plaza where they brought out Cynthia Nixon to talk to the fans, and possibly gain some extra votes.
Nixon got on stage with confidence and spoke to the crowd of people saying:
I know that Eric B. is president, but I’m here ’cause I want to be governor of New York state. I was born here, I grew up here with my mom in a one-bedroom, five-flight walk up.
A real Democrat doesn’t slash taxes on the wealthy. A real Democrat doesn’t slash corporate taxes. A real Democrat doesn’t give away billions of dollars in economic development money to his cronies and his donors with no strings attached.
