Erica Mena blasts Safaree on social media.
Over the weekend, Erica was upset when she saw a video of the father of her two children buying another child a Rolex watch, and not theirs. Safaree is currently in Miami filming for the fifth season of Love and Hip Hop. He’s allegedly dating Amara Le Negra and gifted her twins a lavish present.
In a lengthy post, Erica said Safaree has never done anything like that for their kids. She said, “my daughter just turned three. All she got was a birthday cake and a few balloons in the living room. And please don’t get me started on how he didn’t do anything for my son’s first birthday until two weeks after the fact.

Erica and Safaree tied the knot in 2019. Erica filed for divorce in 2021 after accusing him of infidelity. The divorce was finalized in September 2022.
Safaree was ordered to pay $4,305 a month in child support. They have two children together, a three-year-old daughter Safire and a one-year-old son Legend. They will share joint custody. Erica has a 16-year-old son, King Javien Conde from a previous relationship.
Last year, during an episode of Love and Hip Hop, Erica said, “It’s obvious me, and Safaree will never be.” She continued,
“I was in the hospital bed with this man’s son. That man didn’t care if I made it through pregnancy, that man didn’t care if I made it through that labor.” Erica went on to say that she fought dark times by herself and struggled with doing basic tasks, like eating and getting out of bed.
He hasn’t publicly responded to Erica’s claims. Hopefully, they can work everything out.
