Fabolous seems to be ready to go to court.
According to BOSSIP, the rapper has decided to reject a plea deal on his domestic violence case, and instead face a grand jury on the case.
The deal reportedly would have him avoid jail time and allow him to go into a program for first-time offenders. He is in court for allegedly punching his girlfriend and the mother of his kids Emily B reportedly knocking her front teeth out.
He and Emily B were most recently seen posing together on Instagram and have since gotten back together.
