New Details On Fetty Wap’s FBI Arrest On Narcotics Charges + Fetty Shared An Interesting Cryptic Tweet

Fetty Wap is facing a legal matter with federal authorities. 

Fetty was arrested at Rolling Loud New York on October 28. He didn’t get to perform. The Jasmine Brand says he was taken into federal custody for a drug-related matter, and it’s not clear what the details are. 

The publication also points out that Fetty posted a cryptic message on Instagram story earlier that day before his arrest. It said, “Ni**as move cautious never worried [crown and prayer emojis].”

He’s scheduled to appear in court today (October 29). Hot New Hip Hop points out Fetty and six others were arrested. According to the article, they are, Kavaughn Wiggins, Brian Sullivan, brothers Robert and Anthony Leonardi, and NJ correction officer Anthony Cyntje “were all taken into custody after being charged with conspiring to distribute and possess controlled substances.” Some people are also facing firearm charges in connection with drug trafficking. It also notes, “United States Attorney Breon Peace has been quoted saying, ‘As alleged, the defendants transported, distributed and sold more than 100 kilograms of deadly and addictive drugs, including heroin and fentanyl, on Long Island, deliberately contributing to the opioid epidemic that has devastated our communities and taken too many lives.’”
