Former boxing champion Victor Ortiz is being accused of rape.
Ortiz has been charged with raping a woman in his own home in March. According to New York Post, he turned himself in to police after a warrant was issued for his arrest.
He posted $100,000 bail.
His charges include forcible rape, forcible oral copulation and forcible digital penetration, and is scheduled back in court in October 10. He is scheduled to face off against John Molina on Saturday in Ontario, Canada.
