French Montana is reportedly being sued for sexual assault.
The anonymous woman Is alleging that while at a party she was drugged and raped at French Montana’s home, two years ago. According to the lawsuit, believes that Montana was one of the men who came into the bedroom and assaulted her.
“Alcohol fueled rape was a foreseeable risk of the way that Employer Defendants conducted business, yet they took no steps to mitigate the risk of alcohol abuse or sexual assault,” the complaint alleges.
The woman, labeled Jane Doe, is suing French and his company, Coke Boy Records, claiming they promote drinking, drug-taking and sexual misconduct.
Jane Doe met French back in 2018 at a studio. She was later invited to a party at his house where she claims she blacked out “was rendered incapacitated and remembered ‘several men coming in and out of the bedroom.’ She claimed that she remembered French Montana as one of those men.”
According to The Blast, “The investigation showed the presence of semen.”
French has yet to comment on the claims, we will keep you updated.
