It looks like Funny Marco is in some legal troubles.
According to TMZ, Funny Marco is reportedly facing a $6 million lawsuit with Breakbeat Media- which is a platform his podcast lived on. The lawsuit was filed on Tuesday by Dave Mays.
TMZ Hip Hop obtained legal documents which stated Marco and the company landed a deal in August of 2021. After a successful Boosie Badazz interview the company claims Marco breached his contract on "numerous occasions in an attempt to get more money out of the company."
Breakbeat Media is seeking at least $5 million for Marco alleging harming the businesses reputation, and Dave Mays is seeking $1 million for damage to his character.
