Ty Dolla $ign ran into some issues with the law in September when he got busted for having weed and cocaine on him. He was indicted by an Atlanta jury.
This could all be put in the past with a new deal between the prosecutors. Reported on TMZ, he would have to “enter an online drug prevention program, and lay off weed and Rx drugs … then all charges — 2 felonies and a misdemeanor — will vanish.”
It’s called the Second Chance program and it lasts about three weeks. He will also have to take random drug tests.
Not too bad and besides, jail just isn’t the place to be!
