Fans are happy Ice Spice is safe after an she was forced to end her performance early after an unruly crowd got too out of control.
A video went viral on social media of Ice Spice performing during NYFW on Saturday (Feb. 11) for the Tia Adeola x Bowery Showroom Afterparty at the Williamsburg Hotel Ballroom in Brooklyn, New York.
The Bronx rapper was performing her hit single “In Ha Mood” when things took a turn for the worse. Ice Spice’s security had to step in when the crowd became uncontrollable. Spice is rushed off stage, and as she leaves she is heard yelling “relax!” in the mic and then stopped rapping.
The DJ can also be heard on the microphone demanding people to move back. “Witnessing this in person was crazy….. tables being broken, people fainting, bottles breaking. she ain’t EVER performing live in new york AGAIN,” tweeted one fan.
