Ice-T is opening up about his parenting.
During a recent interview, Ice-T explains why he feels more connected to Chanel over his other children. “I am so much more connected to her than my other kids,” he said, referencing daughter Letesha, 47, and son Tracy, 31, whom he welcomed with exes Adrienne and Darlene Ortiz.
He continues, “I’m comfortable [now]. I’m in a cruise pattern. I was there when Coco was pregnant, I went to the hospital and Chanel still sleeps in the bed with us.”
We previously reported that the couple faced backlash for seemingly “twerking” online. The model and mom shared a video online of her 7-year-old daughter, Chanel, enjoying some holiday fun. In the video, Chanel was dancing in front of her mom and her family. Coco said she was imitating Tina from the show ‘Bob’s Burgers’.
“Gotta love family time! The adults in our family were doing a TikTok and Chanel runs out in the middle to bust a move to make us laugh… She loves to joke.. #bobburgers” Coco captions the video.
Fans online slammed Coco for posting that video, as it seems as if Chanel was “twerking.” One fan commented, “I don’t find this ok, especially on social media. There’s so many sick minds out here, this child’s safety and privacy should be kept better. But, to each their own.” Another fan commented, “Not a good look at all…”
