Today, as many fans celebrate what would have been Aaliyah’s 42nd birthday, many people are still wondering why hasn’t her music catalog been added to any streaming platforms yet.
During the mid-90s to the early 2000s, Aaliyah also known as BabyGirl blessed fans with hits such as, “Are You That Somebody?”, “One In A Million”, “4 Page Letter”, “The One I Gave My Heart To”, “Rock The Boat”, and more.
However, since her untimely death in 2001, it has become hard to listen to her music. Her family has taken note of the constant requests for Aaliyah’s music and they posted a message on her Instagram. See the post below.
With her music being absent from streaming platforms, could it be hurting her legacy?
