A change has come for up and coming, and independent artist on the Spotify platform.
Spotify just announced that the feature will allow these artist to upload music, free of charge. This new feature allows artist to bypass third party distributors, and save some money!
This is awesome!
Spotify stated in a blog post:
“Few hundred US-based independent artists, will earn access to the feature and that the company is excited to bring upload to even more artists, labels, and teams in the future.”
