Who doesn’t love a lemonade stand on a nice sunny day? The weather is heating up, and Kanye and Adidas is doing a good deed. West and Adidas teamed with multiple families to stock local lemonade stands with the popular sneakers- Yeezys.
The unreleased “Geode” Adidas Yeezy Boost 700 V2 was sold at the stands, and the money was raised in support of mental health awareness. The initiative was also to bring families together. Kanye’s wife, Kim-Kardashian-West took to her Twitter to tweet about the good deed, “Today Kanye and Adidas partnered with families across America to create homemade pop-up YEEZY Lemonade Stands stocked with limited pairs of the unreleased YEEZY Boost 700 V2 “Geode”.”
She continued, “All proceeds made via the stands will be donated to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMIhttp://www.nami.org ) the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness.”
