Stacey Koon, the LAPD officer who played a role in the beating of Rodney King in 1991 was arrested for a DUI.
According to TMZ, Koon was nearly double the legal limit of alcohol consumption while driving.
Thankfully the former LAPD officer did not injure anyone during this incident, nonetheless he was arrested and later released.
The Rodney King beating took place in 1991 and incited riots after the footage was released.
