On April 7, Khloe Kardashian had to go into overtime to do “damage control.”

She was upset after an unauthorized photo of herself leaked. The picture didn’t look bad, but it surfaced without edits and went viral. Khloe and her team went on a mission to get every image removed and sent legal threats to people. In a statement, KKW Brands said, “The color edited photo was taken of Khloé during a private family gathering and posted to social media without permission by mistake by an assistant.”

Khloe addressed the situation on Twitter. In a lengthy post, she shared a picture of her body “untouched.” She referred to the previous photo as “beautiful” but said she struggled with body image her whole life. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star said if someone posts a picture of you that you don’t like, you have “the right” to ask for it to be removed.

She went on the say that she gets called “the fat sister.” Khloe continued and said some people think she shouldn’t be upset because she lives a privileged life. She admitted that she’s not perfect, but it’s hard to “live up to society’s standards.”

“For over a decade now in photos, every single flaw and imperfection has been micro-analyzed and made fun of to the smallest detail.” She continued, “and I am reminded by the world. And when I take that criticism to use as motivation to get myself in the best shape of m life and to even help others with the same struggles, I am told I couldn’t have done it through hard work, and I must have paid for it all,” Khloe said.

She ended with words of encouragement for people who go through the same thing as her. Take a look:
