Kim Kardashian is changing lives with one inmate at a time.
The reality star and her husband Kanye West recently went to visit one of the 17 inmates that were released with Kim’s help over the week.
Kim Kardashian flew to Charlotte, North Carolina to pay her respects, have lunch, and meet with Algarin (the former inmate) and a tattoo removal doctor.
