It looks like Zim Zolciak and her husband Kroy Biermann have called it quits.
According to reports the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star described her marriage as “irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation.” Zolciak-Biermann is seeking primary physical custody of their children and joint legal custody. TMZ reports that she has also asked for spousal support and the restoration of her maiden name.
Together Kim and Kroy share 4 children together in addition to Kim’s two daughters which Kroy legally adopted.
Prior to the divorce, the couple were reportedly facing some legal troubles. TMZ reports that the two owes $1.1M to the IRS for unpaid taxes, interest, and penalties from 2013, 2017, and 2018 — they also owe the state of Georgia $15K for unpaid taxes for 2018.
Neither of the two have spoken out about the divorce as of yet.
