It looks like Kodak Black’s team has bought him some more time in his upcoming rape trial. According to the legal documents that Bossip obtained, the request to delay Black’s rape trial was granted by a South Carolina judge. Black was scheduled to stand trial this month for sexual assault allegations that involved a teenage girl.

There is no new date as to when Black will be back on trial. Kodak Black faces up to 30-years in prison if convicted of first-degree criminal sexual conduct.
