On Da Reggae and Soca Tip 2017 is only a few weeks away so we wanted to give you all an inside look at some of the preparation for the Labor Day Carnival. The parade travels down Eastern Parkway every year, celebrating the history and importance of the Caribbean culture through music, dancing, and delicious food.
