The artist and reality star is trending online after a nude video of him was leaked. Reports claim the video was leaked from his OnlyFans account, and somehow made its way to Twitter. “lil fizz done ruined my whole morning… I should’ve mind my business..” said one user via Twitter. “Lil Fizz is always trending for the wrong reasons..” said another.
