Lil Wayne shared some interesting news.During an interview with Lil Baby for Rolling Stone's Musicians On Musicians series, he revealed the Jay-Z album that made a huge impact in his career. Lil Wayne said, "Jay-Z, Life and Times of Shawn Carter, plain and simple. It was the first album where I actually [got] the car that the rapper was talking about. That was my album. Also, Jay talked so crazy. He went bananas on that album. I got lyrics from the album tattooed on me and shit. I have songs that are remakes of spinoffs of songs from that album, you know?" Hov released that album in 1999, with bangers like “Big Pimpin,” “Dope Man," "Watch Me," and more. Around this time, Wayne was about 17 and just released his debut album The Block Is Hot. Weezy was also running around behind the Hot Boys and Big Tymers. Full interview:https://youtu.be/zSeoMS_wUwoVia
