Lizzo is reminding everyone to love their bodies, no matter what.
In an Instagram post, Lizzo showed off her curves and delivered a special message. In the video, you can see her saying positive words to her stomach and even admitting that at one point, she didn’t love her belly.
Now she does and she is saying that to her stomach. Take a look:
“I started talking to my belly this year. Blowing her kisses and showering her with praises. I used to want to cut my stomach off I hated it so much. But it’s literally ME. I am learning to radically love every part of myself. Even if it means talking to myself every morning. This is your sign to love on yourself today!”
