Eric Holder’s life in jail could be hell.
As reported on Yahoo, a clip went viral of a judge telling Eric that his life will be in danger in jail. Eric was warned that gang members will seek revenge for killing Nipsey Hussle.
The article points out his Eric’s lawyer suggested his client be in protective custody due to the high profile nature of the case. In 2022, Eric’s head was slashed.
During a recent court appearance, Eric’s lawyer said, “Once he gets to state prison, he’s a targer. There’s a green light on him from all the gangs, all the people that loved Nipsey Hussle. And so, his life in prison is going to be hell… for as long as it lasts.” Take a look:
Nipsey was gunned down outside of his Marathon clothing store in California on March 31, 2019 after Eric shot Hussle in the head and torso. On May 9, 2019, a grand jury indicted Holder on one count of murder, two counts of attempted murder and assault with a firearm, and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon. If convicted, he faces life in state prison.
Eric is sentenced to 60 years behind bars.
