Meek Mill was recently arrested in NYC for doing wheelies on his dirt bike and fortunately, he won’t be facing felony charges for them.

According to TMZ, prosecutors decided to drop all charges against him over the incident but he will face misdemeanor charges over it.

The Wins & Losses rapper posted the arrest onto his Instagram Live outraged that he wasn’t given a traffic ticket for the incident, something you would normally get if you were doing this.

According to his lawyer Joe Tocapina, the arrest was unneccesary, “In my 26 years in this system, both as a prosecutor and a defense lawyer, I’ve really never seen a case like this.”

“I really haven’t. You know, you have a situation where a guy literally popped a wheelie for 10 seconds on the street with no one else around, and the police were there. That’s very important. The police were there and saw it that night, and they didn’t arrest him. They didn’t charge him with reckless endangerment. They didn’t even give him a traffic ticket.”

Agreed!
