Eva Marcille says he’s going to fight for his wife.
In an exclusive statement to The Jasmine Brand, Mike expresses, “I am not going to lose my wife. I am going to fight for her with every fiber in my being. I love her and I plan to show her how much I love her and that our love is strong enough to get to the other side.”
We previously reported that the model filed for divorce after four years of marriage because the marriage is “irretrievably broken with no prospects of reconciliation.” Reports claim that Marcille is requesting primary and legal custody of their children and child support.
In a statement, Marcille expresses, “this has been one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make, but sometimes life takes your journey in a direction you were not expecting. Our children remain our biggest priority and the eight and half years we have spent together will always be cherished. We ask that you respect our privacy at this time.”
The couple got engaged in 2017, and had their first child in 2018. Together they have three children, including one that Sterling legally adopted from Eva’s previous relationship.
