No way! A New Jersey man has been arrested for throwing ice on the floor and faking a slip and fall.

Reportedly, 57-year-old Alexander Goldinsky, was subcontracted to work at a company in Woodbridge, New Jersey. Apparently, he didn’t want to work that day because he allegedly orchestrated the scam in its break room.

In a released surveillance video, it shows the man filling up his cup with ice. He then throws the ice on the floor, grabs the counter and proceeds to slip and fall.

The 57-year-old man waited on the floor until officials came. He later filed a false insurance claim for the ambulance and treatment at a local hospital.  He was arrested on January 15th, and charged with insurance fraud.

I guess working his shift wouldn’t of been so bad after all.
