During a recent interview with Thembi Mawema on “Stepping Into The Shade Room,” Nick Cannon opened about his love life and admitted he regrets not having kids with his ex-girlfriend Christina Milian.
“If I say this, I know it’s gonna go viral,” Cannon, who is a father of 12 with six different women, began. “But when Christina Milian and I were doing Love Don’t Cost a Thing, I remember when I found out she was pregnant… I was like, ‘Dang, man.’”
The “Masked Singer” host clarified: “But I was so happy for her. I remember we [were] kids in love early on, and so we talked about that. But to each his own. Life plans it out. The universe gives it how it’s supposed to be given.”
Cannon and Milian were co-stars in on 2003’s Love Don’t Cost A Thing. The pair sparked a romance after the movie’s debut, but called it quits after two years of dating. More than a decade later, Milian recalled finding out that Cannon cheated on when she went through his phone. “When I was dating Nick Cannon, the password somehow worked on the first check, and I was right and the next thing you know, I was reading for like a month. I was reading messages,” the “Dip It Low” hitmaker told E! News in 2019. “It was unreal that it was happening. He was living at my house… It was just like, ‘Wait, under my roof this is happening?’ It just kind of blew me away.”
