Nipsey Hussle’s brother, Blacc Sam, and the crips are battling for the late rapper’s slogan “The Marathon Continues”.
As reported by Baller Alert, on May 28th Blacc Sam filed an application to trademark the slogan with the intentions of using it for business purposes and ventures. The crips also filed a trademark claim on May 16th with the plans of using it for charitable events and to target gang intervention.
No decision has been made yet on who will receive the trademark. We will keep you posted as this story develops.
