It’s been a little over one year since the tragic killing of Nipsey Hussle the great.

Nipsey was gunned down on March 31, 2019. His alleged killer is Eric Holder. Prosecutors say Holder shot Hussle in the head and torso outside Nip’s Marathon Clothing store in California. Eric was indicted by a grand jury on May 9, 2019, on one count of murder, two counts each of attempted murder and assault with a firearm, and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon. His trial date was set for March but was pushed back due to the outbreak of COVID-19 and the stay at home order at the time.

Holder is awaiting trial behind bars and has bail set at $6.5-million bail. If convicted, he faces life in state prison. He’s was reportedly due back in court over the summer but things kept getting pushed back due to COVID-19.
