O.J. Simpson Suing Las Vegas Hotel For Defamation

O.J. Simpson is taking legal action against the Cosmopolitan hotel in Las Vegas.

According to reports, he’s suing for defamation after he claims the hotel banned him in 2017 for “no reason.” It was later reported that a hotel employee accused Simpson of being drunk and disruptive.

Court documents report O.J. says “he wasn’t aggressive or hostile, and he never broke glass or damaged any other property.”

The 1995 acquitted former NFL star claims his “reputation has been damaged.” O.J.’s attorney, Malcolm LaVergne said, “Now we’ve got Twitter. We’ve got a lawsuit. We’ll see how things play out.”

The details of the lawsuit aren’t clear, and the hotel hasn’t commented on it as of yet.
