Offset is speaking out!

Earlier this week, a video went viral of Offset and his crew seemingly in an altercation in Los Angeles at Complex Con. In the video, Offset is seen sporting a red jacket involved in a scuffle. After a few punches, Offset makes his way out of the brawl. It’s not clear who they were fighting or why, but take a look:

As reported on Complex, Offset wants to make it clear he wasn’t directly involved, despite reports. He told the publication, “I wasn’t fighting at ComplexCon. I stepped in to break up a fight caused by a booth’s security. The story is false and overshadows why I’m a regular at ComplexCon. I was there to support the culture and emerging brands and designers. I’m focused on that. I’m in a positive space. Appreciate the concern.”

On a brighter note, HBO renewed Offset’s fashion competition series, The Hype, for season two.
