Offset is in a lot of hot water over some recent lyrics in which some people interpreted as a homophobic slur.

The lyrics in question appear on a feature to YFN Lucci’s track “Boss Life” where the lyrics are as follows.

“Pinky ring crystal clear, 40k spent on a private Lear/60k solitaire/I cannot vibe with queers,” he raps on the track.

Following the backlash, Offset went on Instagram story to give his side of the story. He claims that he didn’t mean the term queer as a derogatory term, but in terms of “people that wanna post me and stalk me.”
