Last Night, the first part of the two part documentary “Leaving Neverland” premiered leaving viewers in shock regarding the allegations of sexual abuse.

During a taping at the New York Times center, the media mogul stated: “I’m gonna get it,” in reference to the backlash she has already begun receiving following the news of her participation in ‘Leaving Neverland’ broke.

Michael Jackson’s alleged accusers Wade Robson, James Safechuck, and director Dan Reed from the new HBO documentary “Leaving Neverland” will be sitting down with Oprah after the second part of the documentary airs tonight.

Although, Winfrey knows that being apart of this interview may anger “The King Of Pop” fans, she argues that sexual abuse is too important to remain silent and ignore no matter how much this program may make fans angry.

The interview was filmed Wednesday (Feb 27th) at the New York Times Center in front of more than one-hundred of abuse survivors This movie transcends Michael Jackson. It allows us to see societal corruption…“Beware of people who just want to be around your children,” said by Winfrey during the taping.

Up until a few days ago, OprahMag.com’s digital director @ariannagab was a Michael Jackson defender and had go-to lines about separating the artist from the man or how there was never any real proof that he abused children. It’s bigger than Michael Jackson’s fans, bigger than defending the soundtrack to your childhood. Instead, it is about the millions of people in this world who never got to have a childhood because of the sexual abuse they experienced before their young brains were even developed enough to know what was occurring.
