Pretty Ricky’s Baby Blue has a serious legal situation on his hands.
Last year, he was arrested over charges stemming from a COVID-19 scam. In the latest report, he pled guilty.
Hollywood Unlocked reports Baby Blue will appear before a judge on June 9 to plead guilty to at least one federal offense in the PPP fraud case against him. Baby Blue is accused of filing a fraudulent PPP loan application and bought luxury things like a Ferrari 458 Italia.
Vlad TV reports federal prosecutors seized the luxury items Blue allegedly bought with the PPP loan. Baby Blue was charged with conspiracy to commit fraud, and he could face five years in federal prison. Vlad also recently spoke with Baby Blue, who said he’s “not tripping” over the charges. He said, “I ain’t tripping. When I get out, Ima be ripped up like Gucci Mane! And I’ma be one of the hottest rappers in the world!.”
He went on to promote his new single “Up Again,” dropping May 14. Blue went on to say, “I’m talking bout them f*ck n*ggas who TRIED to rob me but ain’t get SH*T! Thankful to be Alive! All glory to God! [I] love my fans, family, and friends for sticking with a nigga through everything! All them prayers saved my life!” He ended the message by saying he will miss his family.
“Only thing ima miss is time away from my kids. I just had a baby boy this year.”
Baby Blue was also shot last month and had to learn how to walk and breathe again. Hopefully, things get better for him!
