Raekwon the Chef stepped up to Ebro in the Morning for a good conversation about music, Wu-Tang Clan, working with Jay Z and more.
The Wu-Tang member discussed his career and how he feels being a big part of hip hop for the past 20 years.
“Life is good,” he said. “It always could be better of course everything comes with its ups and downs but you gotta be built for it. But for me, I’m enjoying it. “
Being in the game for so long, he has influenced many throughout his career. So much so that people are naming their children after Raekwon himself.
“That’s the illest thing,” he said. “It’s a blessing man i just look at them like ‘what you want.’“
As for a new Wu-Tang Clan album he hinted that “something is definitely coming” while revealing that Ghostface has taken responsibility for a new project. He also discussed working with Jay Z, Kanye West, Lil’ Wayne, and more.
