Teyana Taylor took time during her concert to pay respect to Alexis Crawford, the slain Clark Atlanta University student.

During the Red Bull Music Festival, Taylor referred to Crawford as “Baby Girl Alexis”, before she began singing “Rose in Harlem.”

The singer also stated, “My prayers go out to the family of Alexis Crawford- killed by her own f***ing friend.”

Alexis Crawford was murdered by her roommate, Jordyn Jones, and Jones’ boyfriend Barron Brantley. They have both been charged with felony murder.
