Kodak Black is in some hot water.
As reported by The State, the rapper had been charged with rape of a South Carolina high school student. Black, who is currently on tour in the Southeast, but he will have to come back to South Carolina in the summer or fall to stand trial. Black was charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct.
The alleged crime took place in 2016 and Black’s lawyer claims that the girl was not a minor during the time of the incident.
