Well, that didn’t take long. Another collaborator has filed a claim against Nipsey Hussle’s estate.

Last week, we reported that singer Tasleema Yasin had filed a claim against the late rapper’s estate over not receiving payment for the song ‘Hussle and Motivate’. It has now been reported by TMZ, that Bradley Davis has also followed suit and filed a claim over the song “Rap N***as” for not receiving payment as well.

In the lawsuit, Davis, who says he wrote the song with two other people in 2013, doesn’t give an exact amount of money he is seeking for damages. Davis also claims that he has a copyright on the song and that he didn’t give permission for Hussle to release the song on the album “Victory Lap”.

TMZ also reports that the sudden claims against Hussle’s estate is not inexplicable and explains that a creditor’s claim “must be filed against the estate within a four-month window after an executor is named. Sam Asghedom, Hussle’s brother, was named the executor of Hussle’s estate.
