On March 30th, the Netflix special that everyone is waiting on titled ‘Rapture’ will be released for the world to see!
The eight-episode documentary directed by Sacha Jenkins featuring rapper T.I and a host of others, dives deep into hip-hop culture, the families that raised these major artists, and more.
In a recent interview with MTV News about a lot of todays young artists, T.I. and Sacha Jenkins had a lot to say.
“The younger generation wants to be respected, and they feel that that respect comes from the disrespect of the former generation…For us, we actually had to go out there. The things that you hear me rapping me about, these are things that I actually had to live through. I had to go out here and do these things and I earned the right to speak about them.” T.I.
