Tekashi69 is currently behind bars facing 32 years to life for racketeering and firearms charges. Toward the end of December, his legal team was working on their second bail attempt in an effort to get 6ix9ine out until his trial in September.
They were offering $1.5 million and said that he isn’t a danger to the community or a flight risk. It appears as if the new bail request was denied. One of Tekashi’s friends, Billy Ado, went to his hearing and reported what happened on his social media. He took to IG and said that “everybody named in the case will be back in 30 days.” So the next court date will be sometime in Feb.
