It looks like things aren’t going to get much better for Tekashi 6ix9ine in the near future.

According to Complex, New York prosecutors believe that the rapper has “failed to mature into the law-abiding adult anticipated by the plea agreement which he signed on October 20, 2015.”

They believe some of his recent actions, including various arrests have something to do with their position.

Manhattan Assistant District Attorney Sara Weiss wrote the following document.

“He has instead been arrested multiple times for crimes he committed this year and he has chosen to become a member of the 9 Trey Bloods gang,” she writes. “Defendant has exacerbated his own violent conduct by using his public platform and significant following to provoke and promote incidents of gun violence.”

Tekashi claims that terms of his plea agreement after pleading guilty to using a child in a sexual performance officially expired in 2017.

To refute that claim, Weiss says, there is no expiration to the date because it required that he “commits no new crimes prior to the sentencing date.”

Officials are looking at the beefs between 6ix9ine and Casanova and Chief Keef, failing to obtain a GED, arrests for aggravated unlicensed driving in the third degree, and allegedly choking a 16-year-old in Houston.

He is expected back to court to face his underage sex charges on Friday in New York City. The rapper faces one to three years in state prison.

Yesterday (Oct. 23), 6ix9ine surprised an 8-year-old fan battling brain cancer at their home.
