The story of Meek Mill at this part of his career is full of many ups and downs, not only in his personal life, but in his career was well.
Last year, he was finally released from prison after Judge Genece Brinkley decided to put him in prison for violating probation after being arrested for riding a dirt bike in New York City, and another incident at an airport. Both cases had been dismissed at the time, and the Philadelphia prosecutor recommended that he not go back to prison due to these incidents.
A five part documentary titled Free Meek, is finally scheduled to be released August 9 on Amazon Prime. The series will show his fight to bring change to the criminal justice system, and his own life as cameras film every breakthrough in his own case following his release.
