The Wrap Up with L’Orèal Luchi, keeping you informed on everything that happened in hip hop culture this week:

The Game Vs. 50 Cent:

50 Cent and The Game continue to trade online shots. It started after 50 recently announced that he won his first Emmy Award; 50 Cent trolled The Game. Then the former G Unit rapper responded and made threats. Fif responded online in true 50 Cent fashion and trolled him back.

Chris Rock:

Chris Rock recently had a comedy show in London, addressed Will Smith’s apology, and said, “f— your hostage video!” Chris Rock also said, “Yes, that shit hurt. He played Ali. I can’t even play Floyd Mayweather.” Will hasn’t publicly reacted to Chris’ statement. Do you think they will ever have a face-to-face conversation?

Kanye West:

Kanye West called Adidas executives in multiple since deleted online posts, accusing them of copying his Yeezy designs and selling them for a lower price. In a recent outburst, Kanye called out the creative director of Adidas, Alasdhair Willis, for leaving him out of important meetings. Rappers like Diddy and Swizz Beatz announced they’re boycotting Adidas until the sports brand does right by Kanye. Do you think that’s the right move?

Bow Wow:

Bow Wow caught flack for charging a stack for his meet and greet at his upcoming Millennium Tour. The Diamond VIP package gives fans more personal time with Bow Wow, versus the ticket master version that is limited. Black Twitter had jokes! Bow Wow responded and said, “One week it’s ‘Bow wow sells out o2 Arena he’s a goat’ to who wants to meet him for $1K? Ya baby mama nigga that’s who. Read before u post bout me. Stop playing with the dog.” Which rapper you’d pay $1000 for a meet & greet?

Yung Miami

Yung Miami says she’s not leaving The City Girls and releasing a solo album. She responded to a post claiming she’s dropping a solo project; she blasted them online and said, “lies again.” The rap duo announced a new project is underway, no release date yet, I’ll keep you posted.
