The man who put the paws on R. Kelly a few months ago has been sentenced to life.

It doesn’t seem like his involvement with beating up R. Kelly has anything to do with it, the inmate had bigger fish to fry. As reported on Hot New Hip Hop, the Latin Kings inmate, Jeremiah Shane Farmer, was sentenced to life in prison for his role in a racketeering case that included two murders.

Back in 1999, Farmer played a role in the brutal murders of two seniors, Marion Lowry, 74, and Harvey Siegers, 67. The victims were repeatedly hit with a hammer.

Farmer admitted to attacking the disgraced R&B singer, however, he claims, “the government made him do it.” Farmer claims he wanted to shed light on corruption happening in the jail.

As for the “Bump N Grind” singer, a judge denied early release after the attack and he remains behind bars as he awaits trial.
