Congratulations are in order as Jaden Smith- son to Will and Jada Pinkett Smith- will partner with a church to deploy a mobile water filtration system for residence of Flint, Michigan. As hard as it is to believe, it has been 5 years, and Flint still is without clean water. Luckily, many people all over the world is still putting in efforts to resolve this problem. Jaden Smith is one of them. The rapper/actor teamed with First Trinity Missionary Baptist Church. The foundation and the church will bring the city what is called “The Water Box.”
The Water Box system is set to “reduces lead and other potential contaminants.” According to reports, The First Missionary church has already donated over 5 million bottles of water to the residents. It is in hopes that this new initiative will bring flint what is needed to provide clean water.
