Yesterday (September 11th 2018) thousands of fans gathered at Frick’s Park Blue Slide Playground in Pittsburgh to mourn the death of 26 year-old rapper Mac Miller.
Millers grandmother spoke at the Vigil telling fans how happy Mac would be to see all of them celebrating his life and legacy.
“He would be so excited…I wish he was here, but he loves you all. He loves Pittsburgh and everything you have done for him,” said Mac Miller’s grandmother.
Fans even passed around a petition to rename the park : ‘Mac Miller.’s Blue Slide Park’
