Tia Mowry and Cory Hardrict have officially finalized their divorce.

According to court documents obtained by E! News, they “entered into a written agreement regarding their property and their marriage or domestic partnership rights, including support.”

Last October, the “Sister, Sister” alum, 44, shared she and the “All American: Homecoming” star, 43, “decided to go our separate ways.”

“I have always been honest with my fans, and today is no different,” Tia wrote in an Instagram post. “I wanted to share that Cory and I have decided to go our separate ways. These decisions are never easy, and not without sadness.”

The actress added, “We will maintain a friendship as we co-parent our beautiful children. I am grateful for all the happy times we had together and want to thank my friends, family and fans for your love and support as we start this new chapter moving forward in our lives.”

In the divorce filing, Tia requested legal and physical joint custody, and asked to terminate the court’s ability to award spousal support, citing that they both agreed on a premarital agreement. The former couple, who have been married for over 14 years, share a son Cree, 11, and a daughter Cairo, 4, together. They met on the set of their film Hollywood Horror in 1999.
