Today Back In 1995, Junior M.A.F.I.A. Released ‘Players Anthem,’ This Is The Story Behind It

On this day in 1995, legendary hip hop group Junior M.A.F.I.A. dropped one of many greatest hits! 

The crew was composed of Lil’ Kim, Lil’ Cease, Chico Del Vec, Kleptomaniac, Nino Brown, Capone, Bugsy and Trife and Larceny of The Snakes.

DJ Clark Kent produced the group’s breakout hit, “Players Anthem.” This was their first single off their album Conspiracy Theory. Till this day, it’s really considered a players Anthem.

Lil Kim also made her debut to the rap scene on a big level. The track also paved a way for Lil Cease.

It became gold-certified. This will forever be a classic in hip hop history!
