Are the rumors true, or is it just business?
Tory Lanez announced he'll be producing his first urban album for a female artist. The lucky rapper is his rumored boo, Iggy Azalea. Via Twitter, the Canadian rapper said:
"The first FEMALE URBAN ALBUM i will EXECUTIVE PRODUCE will be @IGGYAZALEA Next Album !!!…. I've been wanting to E.P a FEMALE ARTIST ALBUM for a while … I want to RAISE THE BAR .. On the BEATS, PRODUCTION & OVERALL EXPERIENCE of FEMALE ALBUMS … this is going to be fun."
An online user wanted to know, "why Iggy?" They wrote:
"Why Iggy tho, why not one of these other female rappers?" The Sorry 4 What rapper replied, "She has 65 MILLION RECORDS SOLD …. COMPLETELY INDEPENDENT ….. And went DIAMOND CERTIFIED with her FIRST RECORD …… WHY NOT IGGY?" Take a look:

In May, Melii sat with All Hip Hop and discussed signing with Tory under his One Umbrella Records (she signed in 2019). When asked how is it under his label, she said:
"He's a very great person. He's very [intuned] with himself." She continued, " He's confident, and he makes sure that all his artists feel that way, they're supported. He's a God-fearing man, which is the best part about it. You'll see him pray over us, he's always looking out.
