The hip hop world is giving Tekashi 69 the ultimate side-eye after he broke street code.
We reported the story, the Brooklyn rapper snitched on his former blood crew and made a deal with the feds.
Rappers like Snoop Dogg and Meek Mill have made it known that they don’t respect 6ix9ine anymore. On the other hand, Tekashi’s friend Tory Lanez empathizes for him. During a recent interview with Complex, he said that regardless of what people may think of him, he was a funny charismatic person.
Tory said he doesn’t know if he will do music with Tekashi when he comes out. “I really don’t know, I don’t know how he’s going to feel when he comes out.”
People felt that by Tory Lanez supporting Tekashi it meant that he condones snitching. In an IG post he said, “Showing love to somebody who you made records with is VERY different than condoning someone’s actions.”
